Day 29 (part 2)

Just wanted to throw in some cooking things. I have been hesitant to make the homemade mayo for a few reasons. But, I finally got over it and made it today.

• 1) It’s really easy to make. It takes a little time, but

• 2) IT TASTES AMAZING OMG WHERE HAS BEEN FOR THIS WHOLE CHALLENGE I FEEL LIKE LIFE COULD HAVE BEEN EASIER.

I’ll share the recipe on the Facebook page is any of you would like it. I also made some ranch dressing with it, and it could be the best ranch dressing I have ever had.*

I used it for a salad with grilled salmon** for lunch. It was pretty amazing. I can’t wait to see if the husband likes it. I’m debating just putting the ranch on his salad tonight, or having him trying it on its own. Decisions, decisions.

*And that’s saying something.

** Side note, do not try to flip a salmon like you would flip a pancake while pan searing it. Your hand could end up like this:
