My diet is causing me to be full on less food and it’s CONFUSING MY MIND. My tummy is all “NO MORE WOMAN,” and my mind is like, “THAT WAS ONE PLATE, SHUT YOUR WHORE MOUTH TUMMY. TAKE IT LIKE THE SLUT YOU ARE.”
Anyone else’s mind genuinely confused as you look at your left overs?? One that just indiscrimately wants takes in food like it’s getting paid? What is my life?!
Some back story- to lose the weight I have on me (today I’m at 211, which is still progress. I’ll take it) I’ve been on a pretty strict 1200-1600 calorie diet. It’s actually been easy with how the Fitbit calorie counter works.
I’ve been paying better attention to portions and calories and if I plan it right, I can get in a beer here and there, or if I’m going out in the evening, I can do a protein shake and some light snacks (an egg or something) until that night so I can eat more of what I want.
With the smaller portions though, my stomach is telling me I’m full faster and my brain is sounding like Jeff Dunham’s voice of Peanut saying,
though running is still my main focus. I can now run about a mile at a time which is a big improvement. I’ve learned to take ibprofin before I run, and that helps out some.
And I bought a new shirt that I love-
Alright, that’s all I have for today. I ate well today, and every day for the past few weeks, and I’m dropping weight pretty well which is great. I had pizza one day, but I looked at the calories ahead of time, got thin crust and was able to have four pieces which really is probably more “normal” anyways.
I hope you all are having as much “fun” as I am. This journey is a trip! But as long as I don’t give up, I know I’m making progress. What else can I ask for?
